1 cup apricot juice1 to 1 1/2 c ripe, pitted apricots (frozen)1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

| Place juice and 1 cup frozen apricots and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra 1/2 cup apricots for a thicker consistency. |
