Thank you to everyone that filled out our survey. The survey is now closed.

16 out of 164 people (9.8%) thought we should continue to open at 10:00 a.m. (or earlier, according to some.) We received many great comments and suggestions about this and other topics. 

After closely reviewing our sales for this two hour period over the last year, we found that the hour between 10:00 and 11:00 is extremely quiet, while the 11:00 - 12:00 hour picks up to almost double the average sales over the first hour. While the dollar amounts are not significant, we believe that if 10% of those surveyed would like us to stay open, it's worth the relatively small dollar amount to staff the store for that one slow hour.

So, for now... no changes. We will continue to look for ways to reduce expenses. We appreciate your feedback in this survey and hope to use this easy tool to obtain your opinions on this and other topics in the future.
