Abundance is seeking several candidates for election to our Board of Directors in September 2010. 
2 or 3 (out of 9) open seats are anticipated.
Modest time commitment.  Must be a shareholder.

Duties include:

• Attendance at monthly meetings (generally the 2nd Wed of each month 7pm-9pm) and annual or special shareholder's meetings.
• Work with a great group of people sharing visions that will help steer our Co-op into the future
• Monitor progress reports working toward those goals (ends).
• Learn and follow policy governance procedures. 
• Opportunities for training workshops, annual retreat and optional travel
• Gain knowledge & experience for your resume
