“Hungry for Change” is a 4-6 week discussion course developed by the Northwest Earth Institute (nwei.org). The course explores how the food choices we make impact the health of the ecosystem, the treatment of factory and farm workers and animals, and our local and global economies.
The discussion course launches Abundance Cooperative Market’s new “Abundantly Clear” public education program series. These varied programs, including talks by local experts, discussion groups, and demonstrations, will focus on sustainable food systems as a pathway to healthy lifestyles, communities, and the environment.
Registration is required.
If you have any questions or would like to register for the introductory meeting, please email Mary Gleason at email@example.com.
