Abundance *Goes Bananas* at Parenting Village Bash
Last Sunday, Abundance participated in the Parenting Village "Bash" in Penfield, New York. It was a beautiful day and a great opportunity for meeting parents and children who were curious about our store and what makes our co-op such a unique shopping option.
Armed with organic, fair trade bananas, Jim Deluca, General Manager, educated kids and their parents about the yellow tropical fruit. Not only did everyone get to learn that a banana is actually a sectional fruit (like an orange), but they were able to enjoy a delicious treat.
